Trivial Pursuit - America Plays* with host Christopher Knight
In addition to being known as Peter Brady of The Brady Bunch, Christopher Knight is a familiar name to reality TV fans. He has appeared on such reality TV shows as The Surreal Life, My Fair Brady, and Celebrity Circus. He has also participated in such reality game shows as The Weakest Link and Celebrity Family Feud. Now, Christopher Knight is getting to host his own reality game show called Trivial Pursuit: America Plays.
Trivial Pursuit: America Plays is based on the popular board game, and each episode will run for half an hour. The TV version of the game will allow viewers to submit video questions online.
Christopher Knight said, “I’ve always been a Trivial Pursuit fan and I can really see TV audiences becoming obsessed with this addictive format. Once you start it’s hard to stop and I think viewers’ fascination with pop culture will keep them coming back for more. Or they can tune in and be bathed in my boyish enthusiasm.”
Trivial Pursuit: America Plays is set to premiere in national syndication on Monday, September 22, 2008. The premiere coincides with the release of 25th anniversary edition of Trivial Pursuit by Hasbro.
